How to create a wireless access point from a 3G connection in iOS

If I wanted, how do I create an application, for example MyWi , i.e. Wi-Fi app? What are the steps to achieve this functionality? What framework / library do I need to use?

The goal is not to try to get this app in the app store, but to have it for personal use and share it with others.

EDIT: Nick pointed to the HandyLight application - an application that provides fraud opportunities disguised as a flashlight. Thus, you can provide the functionality of the binding through a third-party application on the phone without a call. So how is this done?

In my research, I kind of came to a standstill :(

If you have access to a developer account (or know someone who does this), you can create your own copy of iProxy, an open source proxy application that handles this. You will never find it on the App Store, but the source is available on github: https://github.com/tcurdt/iProxy

No jailbreak is required and it works well. Please note that I would not recommend using it too often, however, since carriers love to sell their own golden egg snapping plans and may ping you for using the data.

If you release it in the AppStore, Apple will not allow it. That is why they are not there. There was a flashlight app in which there was a hidden wifi access point until someone posted a comment on the “WIFI TETHERING !! 11 !!!!!” review. Then Apple pulled it.

The iPhone has a built-in Wi-Fi modem - they call it “Personal Hotspot”, but if you don’t have an unlocked phone directly from Apple (that is, you paid in full without a contract), you will have to pay more money to your network provider to have ability to enable it.
