High-quality text-to-speech SDK for iOS

I was looking for a high quality TTS library for iOS. The best of these is OpenEars, which is free and highly recommended, but the sound is too metallic for my needs.

Can anyone recommend a really high-quality TTS library (not even free) for iOS? Something that sounds like Siri or more like a person ...

All of them have their potential up and down, the quality of voice and speech models varies. How and how they are easy to implement. But I hope one of them is to your liking.
