Warning:. This was checked by me only now on VS2013 with the latest v8 EAP, it can lead to crashes or slowdowns, etc., and I canβt say how v7 will behave.
If you went to the folder with your program files, then open the VS2012 folder, go to Microsoft Visual Studio 11.0 \ Common7 \ IDE \ Extensions.
From this folder, take the Jetbrains folder and copy and paste it into the same place, but replace 11.0 with 12.0.
Then open the file inside the Jetbrains folder with the extension.vsixmanifest name in any text editor (remember to run as an administrator), then inside, find where at the top, approximately on lines 11-16, you will get a section called VisualStudio.
Copy and paste this entire block and paste it again (inside the SupportedProducts section).
Change version = "11.0" to version = "12.0" and then save the file, restart VS2013, and now you should end resharper.
Nice and simple :) Also for future use, this technique works on any extension, and some extensions are saved in AppData. Just thought that I would answer with this so that you get a useful answer: D
