Sticker in Polyline Google Maps V3

Question

I want to do something like this in the Google Maps API V3 ... Is this possible? I really appreciate the help, as I have no experience with Google Maps

Update: I want to add a label for our own polyline like this.

I'm not sure that you can do it this way, but as an alternative, you can add google.maps.marker there, save the location in the marker header and add a listener on hover / click to display that title.
