Class file for javax.mail.internet.MimeMessage not found

I have the following error while creating my project.

City\controller\MyMailHelper.java:59: cannot access javax.mail.internet.MimeMessage class file for javax.mail.internet.MimeMessage not found

In the application code, I refer to the following imports.

 import org.springframework.mail.javamail.MimeMailMessage; import org.springframework.mail.javamail.MimeMessageHelper;

The spring dependency taken from the maven dependency tree of my project is given below. Can someone help me determine which addiction makes this problem.

It looks like you are missing the javax.mail dependency.

Try adding this to your Maven dependencies.

 <dependency> <groupId>javax.mail</groupId> <artifactId>mail</artifactId> <version>1.4.7</version> </dependency>

There seems to be a problem loading artifacts from the repo. yesterday. Today, when I ran mvn clean install, it downloaded several artifacts that were not there yesterday. I was shocked that I did not see a mistake today. Today artifacts are downloaded from the repo. and banks brought javax.mail: mail: jar: 1.4.1
