Invalid credit card in Google Play registration

Question

I tried, but registering my Google wallet showed me an "invalid credit card" error message. I also tried to use a visa card and a master card, but the problem is still the same. I think this problem occurs because I did not activate Internet banking in both cards. Is this a problem or something else? My application is ready to run, but I cannot download it.
