Genymotion player.exe stops working

when I try to run genymotion android emulator, it gives me an error. player.exe stops working. I tried to search for the answers and found this , however I had open gl 2.0 earlier, for which I updated my graphics driver, my motherboard is asus P5G41C - M LX. I updated the drivers for Windows 7, and the problem with open gl 2.0 stopped, but still does not work.

The emulator starts from a blank screen and an error message appears when player player.exe stops working. I have genymotion version 2.0.3 that comes with the oracle virtual box 4.2.12

the actual problem is your graphics card. Please update the graphics card correctly on your website or update your vai windows system.

Last. checked the "path to the virtual device", if the path is not installed, than to show this problem, and clear the cache in genymotion.

The task of hope is being solved

Try opening a virtual box and running this particular Genymotion virtual machine. If Virtualbox does not complain about downloading VT-X and Android without problems, you can erase VT-X from the list of possible causes of your problem.

To identify the problem, use the quotation marks of the log of recent download attempts (Clear Cache in Genymotion settings).

On my x200 (Win 8), I had problems with the old graphics driver: Intel Series 4 Express (GM45). Since Intel does not offer official drivers, I had to

a) modify the inf file to enable installation on Windows 8

b) allow the installation of unsigned drivers

I had the same problem, my Sony Vaio VPCEB17FL laptop is working on Win7x64 to solve this problem:

  • Enable VT-x (Intel).
  • Update Your Video Drivers

I recommend using the latest computer with modern graphics drivers. By the way, Genymotion requires OpenGL 2.0.

If your computer is more than 6 years old and does not have a special graphics card, such as an old laptop, your chances of starting Genymotion will be drastically reduced properly.

Desktop computers will have less hardware incompatibility.
