Can I transfer funds from my account to a strip to another account with a strip without using the recipient's credit card number?

Can I send funds from my strip account to another stripe account without using the recipient's credit card number? On my website, I want the administrator to transfer funds from his account to the user's account band (and not to the user's bank account). User account information will be saved upon registration on my website. If there is a way to transfer funds this way, please share it with me. Thanks in advance!

As I understand it, you cannot do what you want (i.e. transfer money from one Stripe account to another), but you can take a look at Stripe Connect, which allows you to collect payments from one of your users. Then the money will be transferred to their Stripe Minus Stripe account and your own (if any).
