Disable XQuartz and return to mavericks default x server

I installed XQuartz 2.7.5 on Mavericks. After this video, which I play with mplayer, it seems to load in a separate window, all the white ones got stuck only with sound reproduction. I disabled Xquartz by disabling /Library/LaunchAgents/org.macosforge.xquartz.startx.plist and / Library / LaunchDaemons / org.macosforge.xquartz.privileged_startx.plist using launchctl.

I would like to know how to show the video, as it was before. I installed mplayer via brew. Is there a way to redirect $ DISPLAY to server x by default? Please help.

thanks

Do not disable /Library/LaunchDaemons/org.macosforge.xquartz.privileged_startx.plist. This will prevent XQuartz.app from starting.

Disabling / Library / LaunchAgents / org.macosforge.xquartz.startx.plist (and switching) will cause the DISPLAY environment variable to not be set and thus automatically launch XQuartz.app when you start X11 applications, but you all you can run XQuartz.app directly.

There is no default X server. X11 has been removed from OS X in Mountain Lion. X11.app in earlier versions of OS X was simply XQuartz.app with a different name.
