Keyboard not working with Teamviewer 9

Question

I use teamviewer 9 on my laptop (Windows 7) to log in to Windows 8 remotely. After logging in, I cannot use my keyboard, but my mouse works fine. I tried to jump to actions and click on the deleted keyboard shortcuts, but still can not enter any ideas?

The environment is as follows

Teamviewer version: 9.0.24951 (both to 2 pc) Teamviewer license: Free (both to 2 pc) Windows edition: windows 7 home basic (my pc) Windows edition: windows 8 (target pc)

I had the same problem and I decided to disable it by disabling UDP from Extras → Options → Advanced, scroll down, you will find it.
