How CISCO can integrate webex plugin for mac look

I am developing a plugin for outlook mac, I have a search all over Google and the community, and everyone told me that it is impossible to add it to Outlook mac because it just does not support, and I admitted, but I just saw the WebEx plugin for Outlook, and I wonder how they do it? If anyone has an idea, I would really appreciate it.

You can use Applescript, which is supported in Outlook 2011 for Mac: http://www.officeformachelp.com/outlook/using-applescripts/

Here you can find other examples: http://www.scriptsformac.com/script-download-index/outlook-for-mac-scripts/

Similarly, you will need to find the appropriate API points to add menu items. One way would be to understand how the APIs (objects and functions) available in VBA map to Applescript. Then see how menu / toolbar items are added, as well as related materials in applescript.

They change the configured Outlook and put their icon on the menu. The API that Microsoft provides, as in Windows Outlook, does not exist.
