Is it possible to insert stretched columns into a datagridview column?

I have a question, but I can not find the answer, can someone help me? I need to create a single column in a datagridview that spans multiple columns, this should look like this:

In the grid I need to describe in detail every day and every hour what a person did in every hour. Can this be done in datagridview? Thank you very much

The described functionality is not supported by the standard DataGridView control. You can solve this by choosing the following opinions:

• create your own custom control
