Apple iAd on the first day of the ios app

Is this normal on the first day your application is accepted on the iOS App Store for an application that won’t show your ads?

In my testing, it always shows a test banner, and in iTunes Connect it says: "Live: this application receives real-time ads."

So, does this take a few extra days? I am in the USA, so will this be a problem in this area?

A lot happens when the iAd banner is displayed:

  • Firstly, your ios device connects to WiFi or cellular
  • Then, the iAd will verify that you are the device on which the ios device is installed, not the bot. It also ensures that the iPhone is checked (we don’t want people to force bots to click on ads, and now what?)
  • He then communicates with the Apple iAd servers. The servers then look at a list of thousands of ads to find the one that is best for the application on which it is displayed. (Say you have a driving game. You do not want your ads to be competitors or other games on your application! Apple will not display ads that are not related to those of your competitors).
  • Finally, iAd sends the ad ID along with the image of the ad and everything that happens when the user clicks on it (it can be as simple as opening a video or as complicated as creating an entire game for users to play)

For all of the above, loading an ad may take some time based on a strong signal. You should try to let it sit and wait for the ad to load or connect to a stronger network. There is enough time to download ads to download.
