The Apple Smart Banner (meta-apple-itunes-app) doesn't work with my app id - also not after clearing the cache on iPhone Safari. I use this:

<meta name="apple-itunes-app" content="app-id=632225412"> 

It works if I replace the application identifier with someone else.

It worked some time ago, and I'm not sure what has changed. Maybe something with iOS7?

IOS 7 has a bug that prevents the banner from reappearing. This is quite radical, but when making settings → General → Reset → Reset All settings allow you to re-display it.
