How to create jbpm6 web application in Eclipse?

I would like to create a sample web application with JBPM6. But I'm scared a lot to research JBPM6.

I tried to run the sample application, but it gives an error. There are no steps to run a project from Eclipse to deploy JBOSS. If you create a JBPM project, then it does not support the front layer, and if you select JBPM with maven, then web resources are not added to the project.

Please advise how to create a web application using the jbpm6 process in Eclipse?

Follow these steps:

  • Select Install New Software from the Help menu.
  • Add the Drools and jBPM update site http://downloads.jboss.org/jbpm/release/6.0.0.Final/updatesite/ .
  • Select the JBoss JBPM Core and JBoss Drools Core plugins and click Next>.
  • Accept the Terms of Use after viewing and click Finish.
  • You can probably get some errors with the installer for unsigned, click OK.

After that, Eclipse will restart.

  • Then for your purpose Click File New Project JBPM Project(Maven)

Select "Install New Software ..." from the Help menu . Add the Drools and jBPM update site http://downloads.jboss.org/jbpm/release/6.0.0.Final/updatesite/ .

Select the JBoss JBPM Core and JBoss Drools Core plugins and click "Next >". Click "Next > "Next >". Click "Next > " again after viewing your choice, accept the terms of the license agreement and click "Finish" to download and install the plugins. If you receive a warning about installing software that contains unsigned content, click OK. After successful installation, Eclipse will ask you to restart, click "Yes."

Now the plugin should be installed. To check whether you can, for example, see the new jBPM project wizard: under the "File" menu, select "New Project ...", and there you can see the "New jBPM project" in the jBPM category.
