The Apple ID you entered was not found or your password is incorrect

I am debugging my in-app purchase on ipad (ios 7.0.3).

But when I enter my password, it always says: "The Apple ID that you entered is not found or your password was incorrect."

  • my developer id and apple id registered on this ipad are different.
  • when I intentionally enter the wrong password, another message is displayed: "Your Apple ID or password is incorrect."
  • My in-app purchase is under consideration. But I feel that this does not affect sandbox testing.
  • I restarted my device. I can use the same password to download / purchase other applications from itunes.

I do not place my purchase code in the application, as this does not match our coding context.

To test in-app purchases before they are approved, you must use test users that you can create in iTunes Connect.

As soon as you log into iTunes Connect, you click where it says β€œUser Management”, which allows you to create test users. After creating a test user, you can use it in your application development assembly to test in-app purchases. You can also create several test users if you need to repeatedly test purchases that are not paid in the application.

we had the same problem, spent the whole day chasing the rabbit, in the end, that solved the problem of setting up a test account App Store Territory / country United States , in our case we set the country Pakistan to test the problem with the user account
