IOS 7.1: Enterprise Application Distribution Does Not Work

I just upgraded to the public version of IOS 7.1, and if I go to My app store for the corporate application and I try to download the application, it will give me an error:

Cannot install applications because certificate for example.com is invalid

But the same build works for previous versions of iOS prior to iOS 7.0.6. Since it is new, I cannot find any information on the Internet.

As with iOS 7.1, AdHoc applications require an HTTPS connection for any application (therefore, this will require a certificate).
