Will the circuit win at redshift?

I'm new to redshift, and I have a basic question about redshift compatibility with the asterisk scheme.

In general, will the scheme function be used in redshift?

Specific question,

The "KEY" distribution method in redshift supports distribution based on only one key, whether it will help in the case of a star-shaped scheme, where the fact table key is a combination of foreign keys.

Redshift works great with star schemes, but you have to do some optimizations. See Their White Paper, http://aws.amazon.com/articles/8341516668711341 , for some good recommendations.
