Bash.exe: warning: could not find / tmp, please create

why my exalted text gives me a warning: bash.exe: warning: could not find / tmp, create

although it builds and runs the code correctly.

Please help me just get annoyed by seeing this warning.

I searched the entire network but I could not find any solution

This error message is misleading. At least for me, this did not solve the problem after creating the / tmp directory. The problem was resolved after I killed sh.exe.

To answer Charlie Code's question:

Open Start Menu

Enter "cmd"

Press Enter

enter "bash"

Press Enter

enter "mkdir / tmp"

Press Enter

Close the command prompt window

Resolved an error for me in Sublime Text 2.

Try opening bash -shell, and then:

$ mkdir /tmp 

See if this makes the warning go away.
