Phonegap run android cannot work with: ERROR: unknown skin name 'WXGA720'

Question

I'm on OSX and when I started

$ phonegap run android 

Failure:

 BUILD SUCCESSFUL Total time: 2 seconds WARNING : No started emulators found, starting an emulator. Waiting for emulator... emulator: ERROR: unknown skin name 'WXGA720' 

I set both ANDROID_SDK_HOME and ANDROID_HOME in /usr/local/opt/android-sdk .

What can I do to fix this?

Like here , did you set ANDROID_SDK_ROOT to a specific value?

To put the form as an instruction, set ANDROID_SDK_ROOT .

Have you tried android avd as per here ?
