Android License Key

Question

I have to publish my Android app on the Google Play Store, but I have one question.

When I created a new account as a developer, after inserting all the information related to my application, I received a “base64 license key”, what is this license? What should I do with this license? Is it suggested to use it?

Can someone tell me how to implement this?

I also read all the Google developer documentation, but I don’t understand how I can implement this license.
