Does UICollectionViewCell not automatically cause updateConstraints when uninstalling?

Question

I have a subclass of UICollectionViewCell. I wrote the updateConstraints method, as I did a hundred times. For some reason, this is never called when a cell is overloaded. I had to add a manual call to [cell setNeedsUpdateConstraints] after deleting it.

Any idea what can be done here?

Add this method and return YES. Perhaps this will help.

 + (BOOL)requiresConstraintBasedLayout
