How to start recovery in Jenkins?

Is there a way in Jenkins to restore old jobs? For example, I want to build a job with build number # 712, but when I click on the link for the job, I don’t see the build’s ability to restart the build.

Jenkins provides a plugin called "Rebuild Plugin" after installing this user plugin allows you to rebuild a parameterized assembly without re-entering the parameters. It will also allow the user to edit parameters before rebuilding.
