What is package statistics at Nuget.org?

I watched my nuget package on nuget.org, and I see that the vast majority of downloads come from "unknown" operations through "other" clients,

Does anyone know what they mean?

ps is this the correct SE site for this question? I could not find / create the nuget tag in others.

I would suggest that unknown operations performed by other clients provide direct access to the nupkg file with an HTTP client that is not identified as NuGet, i.e. such tools can be used by third-party services such as nudoq.org or some search engines. But if you want to be sure that you should ask the Nuget discussion club .

It really is based on CDN data, but clients send user agent strings.

I looked at the data, and the following user agents have many requests without the NuGet-Operation HTTP header. The CDN is configured to look for this custom HTTP header, and when available, the data is analyzed by statistics jobs that collect information from the W3C CDN logs.
