An alternative to the Mac OS X code name for Linux binary signing

Question

We need to sign Mac OS X binaries on Linux. Is there a port or clone of code toolkit that works on Linux systems (normal if it is written in Java, Ruby, etc.)?

We ourselves look at the code porting tool or using something like the Darling emulation level, but avoid it, if at all possible

Edit: Basically I am looking for an OSSLSigncode equivalent that allows you to sign Windows binaries on Linux
