I am ready to release the iCal subscription function, and I would like to install the https:// or webcal:// protocol, depending on browser support. I know that webcal is an unofficial protocol, but is there a way to check if the browser supports it? So far, nothing seems to work in IE8, and I'm going to test IE9 +, but I would prefer to offer elegant degradation for all browsers that don't understand webcal:// (as I understand it, the Android browser also seems to have problems with him).
