VPN Checkpoint Problem: VPN connection lost

I set the checkpoint E75.30 Client for Windows 8 SecuRemote. When I try to do something using SecuRemote (see Client, add a client, see Parameters), all I get is “VPN connection lost” I looked at the services and the Check Point Endpoint Security VPN service did not start automatically. When I try to start it manually, I get error 1075: the dependency service does not exist or was marked for deletion The dependency service is a DHCP client that works fine ... Any ideas?

This happens in Windows 10 updates. To solve, just found the Check Point services, there are two of them, and then start. In msconfig, check the services to start from windows. I do not know why Windows 10 updates have disabled these services.

I managed to fix this problem in Windows 7 by going to Control Panel → Programs and Features → Check Point Endpoint Security VPN → right click → restore

I had the same problem, I was able to solve this by going to the control panel, services, and then started all Check Point services (there are 4 and 2)

I managed to solve this problem by going to the “services” (Start menu, enter services) and noticed that the checkpoint service was disabled. after turning it on, you should be configured.

I'm not sure if you still get this error, or if you resolved it, but I had the same problem and found this question.

I was getting the same error message, but I was able to restart the service without any errors.

Here are the dependent services that I have running:

  • Check Point Virtual Network Adapter - Apollo
  • DHCP Client

The DHCP client depends on the following:

  • Helper Function Driver for Winstock
  • NetIO Legacy TDI Support Driver
  • NAS service

Have you checked if these services work? Try restarting them if possible.

This page recommends uninstalling services and restarting the computer. I want to create a restore point before trying to remove any services.

I have the same problem and solved. * If you are using a LAN connection, try disconnecting the LAN cable and connecting to WiFi. * If it doesn’t work, try connecting via Dongle or Mobile Hotspot.

(company’s LAN and Wi-Fi connection provides a proxy server and a proxy server to protect the VPN)

I found a solution to this problem.

I had McAfee installed on a new laptop (winning 10 x 64). Installed VPN, Connection Error. Removed by McAfee. Error. Repaired VPN checkpoint. Error. Reboot and repair. Error. The error "Failed to load virtual network adapter" was always received.

I am a contractor for a client who uses a checkpoint, so I cannot view checkpoint KB articles. Therefore, they cannot view any of their solutions. The client cannot enter me.

So. Finally realized this:

  • Click Start , click Run , type cmd.exe and press Enter .
  • Type set devmgr_show_nonpresent_devices=1 , and then press Enter .
  • Type Start DEVMGMT.MSC , and then press ENTER .
  • Click View , and then click Show hidden devices .
  • Expand the Network Adapters tree.
  • Right-click the Check Point Virtual Network Adapter for the VPN Endpoint Client, select Disable , and then Enable again
  • Attempt to connect now.

Thanks This link is for steps 1-5.
