Grab cursor in chrome windows

Question

I get two cursors in windows chrome version 31.0.1650.57 Two capture cursors and a default arrow. I used below CSS

div { width:200px; height:200px; background-color:maroon; border:1px solid #000; cursor:grab; cursor:-moz-grab; cursor:-webkit-grab; }

The cursor is used as the image from here - http://www.google.com/intl/en_ALL/mapfiles/openhand.cur

 div { cursor:url(../images/openhand.cur) 4 4, move }
