How to convert the polar system to latitude and longitude

I am trying to develop an Android application. I use a web service that requires my location in latitude and longitude (where I stand) and giving feedback to other location data. But, other location data is given with the polar system, the source of which is the polar system where I stand.

My question is how to convert the polar system data (distance and degree from the north) to another latitude and longitude of the location.

Use the formula:

Latitude = distance * (Math.cos(degree)); Longitude = distance * (Math.sin(degree));
