How to integrate Trac with TortoiseGit IssueTracker Integration / Config

Can I add Trac to TortoiseGit to integrate Tracker?
Are there any steps like TortoiseSVN?

I cannot correctly associate the Trac server with TortoiseGit, so when I click the "select ticket" button in the commit window, it gives me the error "cannot find server information".
