Sphinx Napoleon extension: document multiple return arguments with docstrings in Google Style

Returns: (tuple): tuple containing: arg1: First Argument arg2: Second Argument 

This solution does not work, at least for me. Indented indents with a description of arg1 and arg2 not parsed.

How do I manage multiple returns using sphinx , sphinx.ext.napoleon and google style docstring?

This is a known issue: it will not be fixed by current napoleon supporting devices. Although, as mentioned in the link, they welcome traction requests making corrections.
