OpenGl Genymotion Virtual Appliance Error

I installed the Genymotion virtual device for Android Studio and also created a virtual device in it, but the problem is that the virtual device (in Genymotion) does not start and the following error is displayed:

Unable to start the virtual device To start the virtual device, make sure that your video card supports OpenGl 2.0 and updates the drivers Details: Failed to initialize the external EGL screen (error: 4) If possible, update the drivers of your video card.

I tried updating the graphics card through the device manager, but it says that it is updated.

I encountered the same problem in Windows 8. When you try to update the graphics card driver, it says that it is already updated.

All I did for this was that I downloaded the graphics card driver supported by my system, i.e. the dell N5050 from the dell website. I installed this driver, which is supported by the built-in window of version 7: "Intel HD Graphics 3000 Driver_Vedio_Intel_W84_X00_A01_Setup-5PFY2_ZPE.exe hard drive."

You must install the graphics driver supported by your system.
