What is the battery life of the device on the Android device included in the google account, and not the google account?

I am trying to find out if there is any other battery for a device that has been signed in google and one that has not been signed into a google account. I understand that Google Cloud Messaging for Android (GCM) is one of the most effective ways to transfer data. I would like to know if a device that is not in the google account will wake up the device more often than the device will not be in the google account.

In the logs you can see what your device is doing. I'm sure it will be very low, but it looks like it will depend on the implementation of the application, as you can see here :

It would be nice to have an application waiting for an active data connection, but I did not find any information about this.

This is much better with GCM. Since most applications that require synchronization with the server will use GCM and make requests, only something happens on the server, but if you do not have GCM, some application will make repeated requests to ensure synchronization status.
