Xcode crashes when sending application to beta version of El Capitan 5

NOTE It will look like a hoax on this issue , but none of the solutions to this issue have resolved it. I am pretty sure this is a problem with the elcap beta, as this does not happen in beta 4.

Problem . When I try to load a new assembly into iTunes from the organizer window, xCode fails.

Details This is xCode 6.4, the version of the App Store, not the beta version. The Submit to App Store, Check, and Export buttons all cause crashes. When I click on each of them, a dialog for selecting the development team appears, and when I click on "select", xCode fails. The build number is greater than the last, and there are no build errors, etc.

I tried closing all windows except the organizer, I tried rebooting, and I tried beta version 6.4 from the dev portal; none of these things work. I have not tried the beta version of xCode 7, but that would be useless to me since I need to send the assembly to Test Flight.

My application release is time sensitive, so if anyone can help me find a workaround this will be very helpful :)

Archive it using Xcode 6, and then open Xcode 7 and send the archive from there.

Works for me

This seems to be a Xcode bug, and many people report it here: https://forums.developer.apple.com/thread/12602

UPDATE: Apple has now disabled shipments to the App Store from the build later than Beta 6.

I had intermittent crashes in the past when booting from a developer account configured for me by the client. In desperation, they sent me the basic details of the account, and it worked (I know funny)

Download it using Application Loader:

from the panel top menu> Xcode> Open Developer Tool> Application Loader
