Can anyone give an idea on how to debug the cause of the failure of the Test Connection button in Jenkins.
We have a webcontent filtering system, and I assume that since Jenkins works as a local system account, it is not allowed by this filter.
Besides replacing the filter on ALLOW all with Slack, is there any other way to confirm this filter question? Can I run a test from the command line to see its output, etc ...
