Fixed Android In-App Sandbox installation error for a specific Gmail ID

My project is in beta version of Plyatore. The project contains a subscription both monthly and annually. So I added Sandbox settings with 8 Gmail IDs to verify my subscription. Then I configure each Gmail ID in the settings of the device account, only two IDs get a purchase dialog. The remaining 6 Gmail IDs receive one error message because "the item you requested is not available for purchase."

Does anyone have the same problem, or does anyone have a solution, please help me solve the problem. The mail ID is separated by a comma in the sandbox registered with your Playstore account. In addition, each mail id has valid credit card information.

Go to this

https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.yourcompany.yourapp

You will find a button allowing you to register your google mail account now and become a beta tester of your application. Make sure you download the beta or alpha version of your application in the Google repository.

Checklist:

  • You downloaded the application as an Alpha or Beta application
  • Check if the item registered on the Play Store matches what you used in your code.
  • Check the package name and the Keystore file you used to create.
  • Check if gmail account is registered in beta account
  • Make sure you have purchased items on the Play Store that are authorized. For example: you turn on your application in a store in the USA, but you are logged in with a store account in China, you cannot buy the product.
  • Check the apk version: if your version of the application is lower than the version registered in the Google console, you will not be able to buy the product.
