Arc4random_uniform is not available in Xcode 7.0 beta (7a176x) on OSX 10.10.4

I am trying to use arc4random_uniform in the mentioned Xcode assembly, but it looks like it is no longer available:

arc4random_uniform is no longer available

Alt-click on the available functions shows that they are declared in stdlib.h and they are listed as follows:

It seems strange that he is no more. This particular stdlib.h is located in the iOS 9.0 simulator directory in usr/include/stdlib.h not sure if this helps or not.

I have the latest command line tools installed. Not sure what is going on. Any tips / help / corrections are greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

It still seems to be available (I used it on the 7A176x, but on El Capitan), it just isn't shown in the sentences.
