Invalid ToolChain Element Submitting iOS Application

When I try to send to appstore, I get this error:

Invalid Toolchain. New applications and application updates must be created using the (GM) version of Xcode 6 or later and the iOS 8 SDK or later. Do not submit applications created using the beta version.

I work on Yosemiti 10.10.5 and my Xcode is 7.0.1 My deployment target is 8.0

Any ideas why I get this error?

I did not change the binary and it just worked. I just clicked a button to view it. It seemed that it was a mistake in the part of apples.

I had this problem for one of my collections, and ultimately I realized that the problem was not that I was using the beta version of Xcode, but that I was using the beta version of OS X (El Capitan Beta 2 ) I did a clean install of the latest public release of El Capitan and installed the latest public version of Xcode that was submitted successfully (after 6 builds).

The apple seems to have a lot of problems associated with different versions of osx and xcode. Don’t touch the beta if you don’t want to be surprised when you want to send your binaries. For those who have Yosemite, I think you are forced to update.

Until:

El capitan: build 15A284

xcode: build 7A1001

For those who have, for example, the latest beta version 10.1.1 el capitan, and you are also trying to send binary files due to the latest update from the app store, like me. Just reinstall the official version from the app store. Apple lies, you can lower, and you will not lose anything. Many did this, and this also solved the problem. I did it today and now, I am "back in business"
