Limitations of Concurrent Queries with IIS in Windows 10 Home / Pro / Enterprise

I developed an ASP.Net web application using SignalR (WebSockets). I installed it on IIS on a Windows 10 home machine. Since SignalR uses a persistent connection between the server and the client, I have a problem with the fact that only 3 connections can be processed with this setting.

What is the concurrent connection limit for IIS 8.5 for Windows 10 Pro or Windows 10 Enterprise?

Is there any other option for hosting this application at home, without having to install Windows Server?

Take a look at this link for detailed instructions to increase the concurrent client limit to 40. I did not find errors after making these changes on the Windows 7 Pro workstation, which is used as a server for several sites. Values ​​may work with Windows 10 Pro.
