Failed to check the functionality of the iOS 9 application

Question

Apple will change the way the enterprise application is authenticated on iOS 9, but when I check our application in Settings - General - Profiles, I got this

I checked the log:

Does anyone know the reason and how to fix it?

Also tried VPN, because I'm in China, but didn't work ...

I found this link: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204460 below mentioned that it connects to this site https://ppq.apple.com but this site has an invalid certificate, because of which the check application is not running. I bet the apple will fix it right away.

We are facing the same problem. I believe this is due to the Apple Validation Server. I think the only thing we can do now is to WAIT until they fix it.
