Share the preferences of Eclipse Oomph on different machines?

I use Eclipse on three different computers and want to combine my settings, such as UTF-8 encoding and code templates. This question has been asked before, but it was before the integration of Oomph into Eclipse. Oomph has a feature like Ooomph Cloud, where can I log in to my Google account and sync my settings?

Oomph only performs installation automation, but without synchronization or sharing. Instead, you can try the Yatta Profiles , which is built on top of Oomph. It allows you to exchange IDE and workspace settings.

Since the release of Eclipse Neon Oomph supports sharing settings on multiple computers. If you were not prompted to select this new service, you can enable it in Settings β†’ Oomph β†’ Setup Tasks β†’ Preference Synchronizer.

The exchange mechanism does not exist, but the settings file corresponding to your user area: user.setup is stored on your computer:

 USER_HOME/.eclipse/org.eclipse.oomph.setup/setups/user.setup

You can share this XML file between different computers.
