Install a webhook for a telegram bot and what is a self-test certificate

I set webHook for my bot telegram as follows:

I do not install a certificate for this. But when I (or a telegram user) send a message to this bot, https://mywebapp.com/index.jsp does not receive any request !! when I send any message to the robot, the request https://mywebapp.com/index.jsp is not requested. What should I do? Is a telegram webcam certificate required?

  • For web hosts to work, you need a valid SSL certificate.
  • To use a self-signed certificate, you need to upload your public key certificate - using the certificate parameter in setWebhook. Download as InputFile - sending a string will not work.
  • Ports currently supported for Webhooks: 443, 80, 88, 8443.
  • Wildcard certificates may not be supported.
  • Redirects are not supported.
  • CN must exactly match your domain.

open https://requestb.in/ and "Create RequestBin" as a listener for the callback URL

There is no certificate file as it has valid ssl.

Make sure it works, other wise people think that it is wrong.
