Cross-platform mobile subscription (Android + iOS)

Is it possible to make a cross-platform subscription using their own APIs and manage this subscription on their own backend?

Example: Make a subscription on an iOS changer and unsubscribe (plan) on an Android device.

Spotify, for example, does cross-platform subscription through PayPal and other payment methods, but I'm not sure whether our application will be rejected, given the recommendations for applications for both platforms.

Disney did this with its digital content and, as you said, even Spotify did it. The problem is that in the Appstore (especially the Apple Appstore) there are many applications rejected if there is no way to purchase these digital items using the proprietary app purchase method. Of course, other ways of making money could be used. But it is imperative that the application is available for the application, so that the application is accepted (especially with the Apple AppStore). Make sure that you also implement in-app purchase modules on each of your own platforms. Otherwise, if your offer is too large (for example, Disney or Spotify) for the applets to refuse, they will agree with him. All the best!
