"Show application on Apple Watch" Switching failures after installation, switching switches to "Off", "Monitoring application" disappears. How to fix?

Wednesday:

  • An iPhone 6 device running iOS 9.1
  • Apple Watch Steam Device Running on watchOS 2.0 (13S5325c)
  • This watchOS 1.0 application is unchanged (it runs correctly when downloading and installing from the App Store)

After creating the application on my physical iPhone 6 device using Xcode Version 7.1.1 (7B1005), I then open the Apple Watch application, find my application, add it, and then switch "Show application on Apple Watch". It seems that it installs successfully, but then when it reaches 100%, the application icon on the watch that just finished installing disappears, and the switch in the Watch application on my iPhone leans back.

What's happening? How can i fix this?

UPDATE, FIXED:

Step 1) In Xcode, go to Window> Devices. Select the iOS device your watch is connected to to view the logs recorded on the watch device.

Step 2). We hope the clock logs show you a setup error that you can then use for google. In my case, I found a "ApplicationVerificationFailed" error. Googling for this I found: Debugging on a real Apple Watch: application verification failed . This prompted me to questions related to profiling. Somehow, my watch was not tied to a provisioning profile uploaded to Xcode. So, I added my monitoring device to the profiling profile in the center of dev through Safari, loaded this preparation profile into my comp, and double-clicked to install. This fixed Apple installation errors.
