Yes, it works in Simulator with Xcode 7 and iOS 9.

There is no need for biometric scanning of the thumb.

Thank you all

Yes. You can test Apple using the iOS 9 simulator. Therefore, you do not need to add a test sheet instead of PKPaymentAuthorizationViewController. It works on the iOS 9 simulator. Make sure your application runs on iPhone 6, iPhone 6 plus or the latest version of the simulator.

official documentation: https://developer.apple.com/library/archive/ApplePay_Guide/Authorization.html

Note

In Xcode 7.0 or later, you can check the representation of the payment authorization controller in the simulator. It provides simulated cards for all supported payment networks and returns fake payment data in plain text. On the device, this data is encrypted by your seller ID and must be decrypted on your server or by your payment processor.

Use the Apple Pay Sandbox environment to test the application on a device with test cards.

Although these methods provide quick and convenient ways to test your code, you still need to carefully check Apple Pay on actual, physical devices with production cards.

Since this requires a biometric scan of the thumb, this cannot be verified on the simulator. You need a physical device like iPhone 6.
