Github: I miss the Settings menu on my repo landing page

The Settings menu should be the last menu immediately after the Charts menu.

The lack of a Settings menu impedes my ability to set up websites.

And yes, this is my repo - I own it.

  • Ctrl + F5 is ineffective, at least in my case.

  • Clearing the cache and cookies is a nuclear option, and it worked - although it hurts.

  • I double-checked after the fact: the problem with the landing page that I had was specific to my Chrome browser, at least in this case. The landing page displayed by my Firefox browser was fine. The same thing for the Safari browser was good.

Until today, I have never heard of a case where the rendering of the landing page could be fixed using nooking cookies and cache.
