Error NU1002 EntityFramework 6.1.3 dependency in WebApplication1 project does not support DNXCore infrastructure, Version = v5.0

I have a VS2015 community version. I can create a console application and create it without problems. As soon as I started the package manager and installed entityframework and then built it again, it causes the error above.

I have installed DNX. I tried uninstalling VS 2015 and reinstalling, but to no avail. This happened because I tried to install the MVC pattern, found this address: http://rehansaeed.com/asp-net-mvc-boilerplate/ I have uninstalled it since then, but DNX seems to remain and now I have this error.

It might be a simple fix, but I'm new to this and can't figure it out. Anyone who would like to give me some ideas as to what this is and how to fix it, I would appreciate it.

Replace Entity FrameWork "EntityFramework": "6.1.3" with "EntityFramework.Commands": "7.0.0-rc1-final" .

It works correctly and builds it.
